A multi-storey conservatory with an integrated pool, which the customer had built himself when he was young, had been severely damaged by the weather over the years. Rotten areas on the load-bearing wooden supports made it necessary to repair the wood in order to maintain stability without changing the existing statics.
The glass was also replaced to improve the view and lighting conditions. The old multi-skin sheets of the conservatory were removed and the roof glass replaced so that the customer now has a clear view of the outside again.
Between the lower and upper sections, the conservatory has been modernized with custom-made cladding. A new rain gutter ensures improved drainage, while the new glazing with base rubber, base profile and cover shells not only provide optimum protection, but also a high-quality, aesthetic appearance. The result: a stable, visually appealing and durable conservatory that retains the charm of the original design while offering modern comfort.
