In this conservatory renovation in Mauerbach, a roughly 40-year-old larch wood conservatory was professionally renovated and turned back into a watertight and homely part of the house. Over the years, the natural timber structure had shown clear signs of weathering. A load-bearing support of the conservatory was replaced, and the existing conservatory facade was thoroughly reworked and repainted. As a result, the wooden conservatory not only received the necessary technical repairs, but also regained an attractive and well-kept appearance. The renovation had a clear goal: the existing conservatory was to become permanently watertight and functional, and at the same time beautiful and homely again. Thanks to the professional reworking of the timber structure and the fresh coat of paint, the conservatory now shines in new splendour both from the outside and the inside. The character of the larch wood conservatory, which has matured over decades, was preserved and sustainably enhanced by the renovation. As experienced conservatory professionals for conservatory repairs throughout Austria, we know the particular challenges of older wooden conservatories and a wide variety of conservatory structures. Our aim is not to replace existing conservatories prematurely, but to sensibly preserve their substance and make them fit for many more years with a sustainable and attractive all-in-one solution.
